1) Class size: 4 to 6 people.
2) Meeting time: Tuesdays 5 to 7pm (two hours)

4) Cost: $50 per class per person.
You can attend once per week, or once every other week or once every third week or once per month.

Know your Family History and Learn How to Prevent Chronic Diseases.

Would you like to attend a class that would teach you how to:

  1. Prevent adult type 2 diabetes or if you have diabetes learn how to grossly improve your health and prevent many of the disease’s complications. We will look at a diet plan to improve your blood sugar, discuss an exercise program and look at specific supplements you can take to improve your blood sugar levels. Good health is a conscious choice you can make every day. Look at your body today as it reflects what you eat and how you exercise. Do you know you body fat percentage and how it affects you blood sugar levels?
  2. Prevent heart disease or if you have heart disease you can learn how to improve your health and well being. We will look at high blood pressure, stroke prevention and heart attack prevention. If you have had a heart attack or bypass surgery then you do really want to know how to strengthen your entire cardio-vascular system. Feed you body correctly, always eat with awareness; you are the only person that chooses to eat certain foods, so always make the right choices for your body. Learn how to use specific supplements wisely to improve cardiovascular health.
  3. Osteopenia and Osteoporosis are preventable and reversible diseases. Learn how to strengthen your bones with good nutrition, wise supplementation and the correct type of exercise that will target bone strength. Hormonal balance plays a large role in bone health and there are many medications that people take that can cause osteoporosis. Let the food you eat become your healthier stronger bones. Remember you make new bone every three months, so each time your bones renew themselves provided you have the right nutrients on board you will make stronger bones.
