I first starting working with Jenny Currie after I had heart bypass surgery. I was conflicted about diet changes when I left the hospital and she helped me develop a diet program I could live with and follow very easily. I slowly made many healthy lifestyle changes, she helped work on my stress issues and I even got fit again. Today I am doing well and I believe I am healthier now than I was before the surgery.

Your recommendations for both diet, excersise and specific supplements really turned my Diabetes around. I had Diabetes type 2 for many years and had been on double medications for many years and had a problem controlling my blood sugar. After working with Jenny for a number of months I no longer require my diabetic medication and my blood sugar is stable. I still test my blood sugar every day and it stays normal, I am able to totally control my diabetes with Jenny's nutritional plan. Some times I cheat a little and I still do OK.

I no longer need to be HRT since starting on a nutritional plan that that helps balance my hormones naturally. Using the natural progesterone cream is easy and great for your wrinkles. I learned about eating the right kinds of fats for hormone balance and the advantage is that you look younger and loose some weight. Since starting this program I can think better and even my memory has improved. I also have more energy.

I was was pretty healthy when consulted with Jenny but I had some family history diseases that I wanted to try and prevent from occurring in me. We worked on a nutritional plan and lifestyle changes I could implement so that I could stay health as I age. I learned a lot, have put many ideas in place and I am aging better than my parents and other family members. I have lots of energy, I have better hormone balance and I think I even look better. My memory and concentration really improved .If I get off the whole foods and loose the balance of my foods I really notice the difference.

I had always been pretty healthy and normal weight and when I hit 40 everything seemed to go downhill. I started putting on weight slowly and no matter what I did I could not loose any of the weight. I tried every diet in the book unsuccessfully and each year I put on a few pounds. I had gained 20 pounds.
I was not over eating! If anything I was eating less!
I also started to notice that I could not remember things like I used to, I had no energy and the smallest thing stressed me out. I felt depressed from time to time for no real reason.
Then I met Jenny Currie and starting working with her. I learnt about pre-menopause hormonal fluctuations and how it affected my weight and my whole sense of well being. We came up with a dietary and life style plan for me. I slowly started to change my diet, ate foods that would help balance my hormones and started on some herbal combinations. I learnt how to manage stress better and was amazed at how stress affects your weight gain. As my energy returned I even started to excersise on a regular basis. Today my weight is back to normal, I feel in balance, I can remember things better and seem more focused. Many of my friends have remarked that I look younger and want to know what I did.

When I first started working with Jenny Currie I had been over weight my whole life. I was a fat child, over weight adolescent and an obese adult. She taught me to look at food in whole new way and slowly we worked through many food issues. I learnt about the properties of specific foods and which foods helped your body utilize fat for energy. I had always eaten the wrong foods for my body and used food for comfort. We made a custom plan for me and we changed it many times as my weight came down. It was hard work but I am so proud of myself because for the first time in my life I stuck with a program and have adopted a new way of eating. I lost 107 pounds and have 10 pounds to go. I am a new person. It took me one and half years but now I have it right. Food is my fuel. I learnt yoga and meditation and have regained control over my life.

I first started working with Jenny Currie when one of my friends suggested I see her for very high Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels. I was taking three medications and was about to take another medication for cholesterol and triglycerides when I started talking to my friend. He suggested I try Jenny Currie’s program as he had done so well on his program with her. She taught me that high cholesterol was often related to not eating enough of the good fats and that high triglycerides were due to eating too much carbohydrates. We made changes in my diet, I started taking some of the good oils and my levels normalized and now I no longer need any medication. I still check my levels once per year and they have been good for three years now.

Jenny Currie helped me to see how good nutrition and eating the good fats could help me recover from a stroke. It took many months with a lot of rehab. together with a healthy well balanced diet rich in the nutrients for your brain health to recover most of my strength and brain health. I still have some residual weakness and mild visual problems but I am so much better and stronger than I was a year ago. Jenny taught me how to create harmony in my life to allow healing and how to use my mind to help heal my body.
I have learnt that good health takes work but it is well worth it. If only I had known this 5 years ago maybe I could have prevented the stroke!
